My experience with Gary Hansen was seriously amazing. This man is patient, knowledgeable and truly loves what he does. I was referred to him years ago when we attempted to buy and for one reason or another it didn't work out. I maintained contact with Gary over the years and promised when we were ready we'd go back to him. Now here we are in our beautiful home thanks to Gary and his guidance. When I say he is patient, I mean that! He answered all my questions without hesitation or frustration. This is unknown territory and I had a lot of questions. He was extremely patient, at one point we decided purchasing this past year might not be for us and despite this Gary continued to help and went above/beyond to help us explore the possibilities of a rental. I worked with Gary as a listing agent and as our buyer's agent for many months. He is knowledgeable, friendly, well-connected and exceptionally patient and I recommend him to any buyer or seller in California. He helped us find a home in a crazy seller's market and even helped us identify a loan program that is almost as good as cash to help us compete against the all-cash buyers. During the process he really got to know what we liked and what we didn't and thought about a bunch of things we would not have (position of the home relative to the sun, road noise, etc.).
